Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Related

All orders are processed within few hours to next day after receiving your order confirmation email. Currently we serve locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad only. 
 

Occasionally, there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders due to Holidays or festive season.

Certain products are offered in Pre-Order basis in which case Delivery date is mentioned specifically. 

 

Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders above Rs. 1000/- are not charged for Delivery. Delivery charge rates are based on your location.
 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view status of your order on your mobile app or contact us on phone.

What happens when your order is delayed?

When you place your order with us, you can choose a time slot for your delivery. We try to deliver within the chosen time slot but in case of any changes, we will notify you in advance.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In case of Fresh Produce llike Vegetables and Fruits, we promise to refund or replace for damaged or quality issue items as per your wishes. Since we home deliver, there is always a possibility of damage during delivery process. All we need a photo of damaged item for which the refund/replacement is being asked for.

For non-perishable produce, we accept returns up to 15 days after being delivered, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the product.

Generally speaking, you can expect refund or replacement in almost all cases and to the full amount of item.

Return Policy

For fresh products, refunds and replacement is processed without any physical return.

Our return policy is to accept returns upto 30 days for non-perishable products from the date or time of delivery.

* Gift Hampers


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back, we would arrange for a pick-up.

Refunds :

​

For fresh products, refunds and replacement is processed without any physical return.

 

For non-perishable items, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. In a very few cases, refund is processed for quantity returned only. ​

​

Mode of refund processing is generally the same as payment method used or via UPI. In case of payment received via Payment Gateway, your refund will be processed via the same Payment Gateway and , and a credit will automatically be sent to your card or bank account.

Exchanges :
 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can notify us via phone, our delivery boy or email varun@sanesa.in.
